I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ruth and her team at Cox realestate Adaminaby. In the last 3 years Ruth and her team have been second to non with their kind and caring service. They have looked after and monitored our 2 investment properties with enthusiasm and professionalism well above what would be expected from an agent. I would highly recommend them for any Realestate business, they have a great knowledge of our area.

Ruth loves Adaminaby and the surrounding snowies and it shows in her business, life, friends. She is a fabulous agent who also cares for her tenants and their impressions.

unfortunately we ave been unable to complete the ownership docs but hope too shortly and proceed to rental agreement.

I am writing this review strictly to commend my property manager, Frankie Droulias, for her outstanding professionalism and personal dedication. This feedback is SOLELY on Frankie as an individual and professional. After maintaining a 10-year relationship with this agency, I was compelled to leaving due to the appalling, ignorant, and dismissive behavior of former/departed staff who filled in after my most wonderful and amazingly reliable original manager of many years went on maternity leave. I was constantly met with excuses of being "too busy" or "understaffed," which resulted in ongoing issues and left me feeling completely undervalued as a long-term client. Please note that those hopeless staff are gone. When Frankie took over, this miracle worker angel completely turned things around. Even though she is just as busy as anyone else, she never uses it as an excuse. She is all about getting things done to a high standard and focuses entirely on quality. Crucially, Frankie treats clients with absolute fairness and respect; she will never put a client in a corner in a discriminative way. She is highly skilled, deeply serious about her work, and echoes the high standards of the wonderful property manager I had years ago. What sets Frankie apart is her genuine care: she takes full responsibility, provides reassurance, and consistently follows through on her word. Frankie is exactly what this industry really needs, and I applaud her. Thank you so much, Frankie. You are an absolute star, a strong rock for us landlords, a kind wing for tenants and a huge credit to your profession! How about an impressive extra bonus for her awesomeness or perhaps let her own some of the company? You won't regret it!

All my dealings with Lj are always ones that leave me happy. They are amazing communicators, timely, professional, very knowledgeable, friendly & empathetic. I could not recommend the Belconnen team enough - Taylor the Property Manager and Jeanette & Effie from the leasing team are all amazing people.
