I recently rented out my Forde property through Stone Gungahlin, and the entire process—from first contact to signing the lease—was seamless. Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly. I found all staff I have interacted right from my first meeting with Amanda Tehle Principal - Property Management very professional, possess excellent market knowledge, transparent, communicative and easy to deal with. Amanda from day1 patiently explained the whole process and our obligations and was very accommodating to my expectations as a landlord as it is my first time using an agency. Once all the paperwork was done Amanda put me onto Isabella Ferry my property manager who too I found to be very professional, prompt, good communicator and kept me informed updated on every open house with applicants until the house was leased. Thereafter Isabella has kept me updated regularly while managing my property. Kudos to Amanda and her team. Amanda's humility, her Industry experience and dedication are key element of success for Stone. I wish Amanda and her team achieve expanding portfolios for Stone. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ruth and her team at Cox realestate Adaminaby. In the last 3 years Ruth and her team have been second to non with their kind and caring service. They have looked after and monitored our 2 investment properties with enthusiasm and professionalism well above what would be expected from an agent.
