Having had this property for 15 years we have used a few different agents over the time. I was getting over the agents and how lazy and unprofessional they were. Shelley has been fantastic, there is a huge gap between her and the Team Hodges compared the other local agents. Highly recommend to change over.

Julia’s knowledge of the rental market is excellent, and her communication is proactive and reliable. She has recently secured a new tenant within a short time of the previous one moving out. I was consulted throughout the inspection process and I feel positive about the choice of the new tenants.

Julia had one inspection, in which 32 groups had a look at the property, and I couldn't be happier with the choice of tenants Julia recommended. Julia also helped me find a great cleaner to get the house ready for rental, as I am based in Melbourne and didn't have time to do a final clean. Hodges Rye also has a fantastic choice of trades people, that are not only reasonably priced, but they turn up on time and do a great job. So like I said "if you want great results" you need a great Real Estate Agency. I my opinion you can't go past Hodges Rye. And for rentals I strongly recommend Julia Grant and your go to person.
