Kelly Murphy was very responsive to my request for an inspection. I asked for a family tenant and she provided me with one. She also surprised me by managing to get me rent on the property which was on the upper range of what she said she could get.

Kelly and the team have been managing a number of our properties for the last 2 years. In this time, we have been informed with any status changes as soon as they happen. The leasing/ releasing process has been a breeze, and the properties have been kept in great condition. We put this down to the fantastic management team. We recently signed up with Hive Property Canberra for a rental property. The two property managers who we have dealt with have been attentive, professional and responsive to our questions and needs regarding the property. With some agencies, tenants are often left feeling like they don’t matter, and all focus is directed at the property owner. I can say that this has not been the case with us and Hive Property, as the property managers have been very caring and attentive. We are new to using Hive Property, but our experience has only been positive so far.

I was impressed by the communication and level of responsiveness by Maddie when I applied for a property with Hive. She was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable on the property and answered all my questions in a prompt manner. The pickup of the keys and all communication with the property were excellent and I was happy with the service and help over all.

From the very beginning, the JW property manager was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. They listened carefully to our concerns and preferences and worked diligently to find a tenant who was the perfect fit for our property. Throughout the process, they kept us updated with regular communication and provided detailed reports on the progress of the search. Once a tenant was secured, the property manager continued to provide exceptional service by handling all aspects of the lease agreement and ensuring that the tenant was happy and satisfied with the property. They were quick to respond to any issues or concerns that arose, and were always available to answer questions and provide guidance. One thing that really stood out to me was the property manager's attention to detail. They were meticulous in their inspections of the property, ensuring that everything was in good condition and addressing any maintenance issues promptly. They also kept detailed records of all transactions and communications, providing us with peace of mind and a clear understanding of what was happening with our property at all times. Overall, I cannot recommend JW property manager highly enough.
