Lorraine is quick to reply and follows up on my questions properly. She is a professional agent who carefully reviews the market and the property and has good judgment.

Nicole from Equity Property was prompt, professional, and truly made the process effortless. The clear communication and genuine care set Nicole apart. Highly recommend!

Lorraine Cox and the team have givern me good advice. Manage the property extremely well, in a polite friendly manner. Well done the A Team!

Over the time that Vicki has been my property manager, I have found her to be incredibly responsive, proactive, and genuinely committed to ensuring that I feel supported and informed. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and calm problem-solving approach make every interaction smooth and stress-free. She is reliable, personable, and efficient and brings a level of professionalism and care that’s truly rare. I can't recommend Vicki more highly. My overall experience with Raine and Horne, Redland Bay has been overwhelmingly positive.

Since we were first introduced, I have found Lorraine to be very supportive, approachable (with all my dumb landlord questions), patient and effective. I'd highly recommend her to any prospective Landlord.

Very happy with our agent Vicki. Always knowledgeable out our property and the local area. Quick to fix issues and always keeps us in the loop.

Nicole and Jess have been absolutely a pleasure to work with, confirming our decision to have them manage our properties was the right decision. We are interstate but they have made the process seamless and have gone above and beyond by doing the home handovers on our behalf and organising trades to have our new builds completed, to enable them to be tenanted out ASAP. They have a broad network and database which allowed them to achieve a quick turnaround in securing a quality tenant for us - this is critical for investors. Would highly recommend Equity Property Management to anyone.
