Overview of Redland Bay, QLD, 4165

Easy to communicate with and readily contactable. Agent has always been quick to respond to issues for both landlord and tenants. Prompt reporting and payments to Landlord.

Maddie is a fantastic property manager! Highly recommend!

Couldn't be happier with the service. Maddison and team always keep me posted with updates. I do not have to worry. Thanks

Nothing is ever a problem for the MPM team. Would recommend them to any prospective landlords or tenants.

Great communications when any issues came up, and made us aware we had an issue we hadn’t been told about by prior agency. Dealt with it comprehensively and was super collaborative in organising a bunch of repairs and a total mid-life refresh for the house, so it’s more functional, better for tenants and a better investment. Can be trusted to deal with anything- 100% recommend to anyone

We have been kept ‘in the loop’ at every stage whilst our property has been leased. Great communication, professional advice and happy to go above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

The communication was pretty amazing. Especially from Shane, our property manager. I've also called the office, everyone was very helpful. Couldn't be happier ☺️ I consider myself very lucky to be renting through them.

As an interstate investor, managing my property from afar was a major concern. Gina and the team at Redland Coast Realty have been outstanding from day one. They provided a clear and transparent strategy for tenanting the property, executed it flawlessly, and found a high-quality tenant in a remarkably short time. The communication throughout the process was excellent. I received regular updates, and was walked through every step. I never felt out of the loop, despite being thousands of miles away. It's a relief to have such a competent and proactive team looking after my investment. I have full confidence in them and highly recommend their services to any property owner, especially those managing from a distance.

Lorraine has been doing an excellent job with our rental property. Right from the beginning the communication, the market knowledge and the service has been excellent. We're looking forward to work with Lorraine and the team for many more years. We would definitely recommend the team at Raine & Horne Redland Bay

Lorraine and her team are very knowledgeable about the market and communicates the tenants' issues, needs, or requirements very promptly.
