Agencies in Victoria

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sushmitha from Local Expertz, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! As a first-time landlord, I was unsure about the process, but Sushmitha made it incredibly easy for me. She was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. Her expertise and guidance helped me navigate the process with confidence, and I'm so grateful for her support. Would highly recommend Sushmitha and Local Expertz ( Special Shoutout for Raza Zaidi) for introducing me to the agency, to anyone looking for a stress-free property letting experience.

Local Expertz have been a pleasure to work with. Always responsive and frequently updating me on my property. Would happily recommend for anyone needing.

Working with Local Expertz Realty has been a fantastic experience! They're an excellent team, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Sky organised all the necessary compliance and I organised my painter and electrician to update the property.

Nice service. Communication clear .

I’ve had a really positive experience with the team at Buxton Bentleigh managing and leasing my property in McKinnon over the last 4 years. The recent leasing process was handled professionally from start to finish. Communication was consistent and transparent, I was kept updated after inspections, and I appreciated receiving honest feedback and advice rather than feeling pressured into making a quick decision. The team were responsive when a few things needed attention around the changeover between tenants, and overall I felt they genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for both the property and the incoming renters. Property management and leasing inevitably comes with the occasional issue to work through, but what matters to me is having an agent who communicates well, is practical and gets things resolved. That’s been my experience with Buxton Bentleigh. Very happy with the result and would happily recommend the team.
