After residing at the same rental property for almost a decade my husband and I found the process of finding a new rental property quite changed and very overwhelming. A critical task of a property management section of a real estate agent is to find a high quality new renter ( I think renter is the new term for tenant?) when the previous renter departs. Buxton found what looks to be a very suitable and well matched ( to the property) renter in a very timely manner. There will only be a short period when the property will be vacant. The new agreement matched the desitred duration and the asking rent. Communication to me as owner was timely and accurate. Basically very happy on this occasion.
