Agencies in Melbourne

We’ve had an amazing experience renting through The ARK 7 Real Estate. Raj and the team excel in communication and are always prompt, polite, and helpful whenever we need assistance or maintenance. Raj’s professional and approachable management style makes living here an absolute pleasure. Truly a standout agency!

He’s real good . we’ve had situations where its late in the evening sort of off business hours for most people and he still responds and answers our calls trying to sort out our issues . communication is excellent every time we have queries we message in , Raj responds almost immediately giving us answers . Moving in was a breeze he was super helpful with getting what was required and settling in , we’ve only been here 3 to 4 months but so far Raj and the ark team has been awesome. My last real estate was difficult to get in touch with and problems never got resolved or even looked at for months . So far im happy with Raj and the team at Ark . Highly recommend 💯…

I recently had the pleasure of working with Raj. During the leasing process for my property, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. As a landlord, I appreciated his proactive approach, timely updates, and attention to detail throughout the entire process, He made everything seamless and stress-free, which gave me great peace of mind. I highly recommend The ARK7 to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy real estate services, Thankyou again for your outstanding support and service Raj.
