Suri and Uaina have been exceptional throughout the entire purchase process, from exchange of contracts all the way through to selection of tenants. Suri, in particular has gone above and beyond helping us to get the house prepared, advertised and rented. Their communication was extremely thorough and very professional. It was such a great support having them with us as first time investors. I highly recommend both of them.

Uaina was very helpful and responsive for all our inquiries and followups. Really easy to deal with and very professional

Thank you Uaina Purcell for helping us to get this property. Without you there is nothing we can do..Thank you for the love and support. Keep up the good work and God Bless Thanks Lorraine

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Jas Stephens. They are incredibly fast, responsive, and kept me informed throughout every process. When my previous tenant moved out, they were able to find and secure a new tenant very quickly, which made the whole transition incredibly smooth and stress-free. A particular huge thank you to Sigrid, who is fantastic to deal with and was there every step of the way. Her communication, professionalism and willingness to help made the process so easy. I’m very happy with the service I received from Jas Stephens and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management team.

Stephanie leased my South Kingsville property within about 10 days of going live, well ahead of settlement. Great communication throughout, with weekly reports and quick updates at every stage. Highly recommend her and the Jas Stephens PM team.

Quick to return calls, always helpful & very polite & understanding.
