Excellent experience during re-listing and finding a new tenant. Richa was great, kept in touch and gave good advice.

Both in the letting of the property and maintenance Black and White have been very professional and hard working. Their recommended trades have been reasonably priced and prompt. This has been with the additional problems created by Covid19. Black and White have handled that very well

Black & White Real Estate have been great and helpful in assisting me in renting and managing my property. I highly recommend them. They are friendly and always there to help.

Very communicative and responsive team to support the tenets

We are able to secure the tenants with just 1 week after putting our property on market. We would recommend YPA team to you If you are planning to put your property for lease.

Great experience as a first time landlord. Ali guided us through the leasing process & ensured great tenants were secured. Attention to detail 10/10. Special shout out to Brooke our property manager too.
