Agencies in Melbourne

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rita Sehgal from The Roof -Real Estate Agency to rent out my property. From the initial consultation to the final lease signing, Rita provided exceptional service, expertise, and professionalism. She demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the local market, providing valuable insights that helped me set a competitive rental price. Their marketing strategy effectively showcased my property, attracting multiple potential tenants. Communication was seamless, with regular updates and prompt responses to my queries. She handled all showings and negotiations with ease, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and results-driven partner for renting out their property. Their dedication, expertise, and customer-centric approach make them stand out in the industry.

Service is great. Their agents don’t muck around and get things done quickly, which is a rarity in this field. Always happy to answer calls and provide information. A pleasure to deal with
