The Reason: A thorough report requires actually living in the property for a short period to test all facilities and identify hidden issues. Furthermore, the transition period is an incredibly busy time. We were balancing moving out of and finalising our previous home, leaving very little time to complete such a detailed inspection within the restrictive deadline. Suggestion: We highly recommend extending this deadline to allow tenants a fairer opportunity to settle in and accurately assess the property.
