Jenaya Barrett of Ray White AKG has been looking after our rental property for five years. We trust her for property management expertise and efficient communication with tenants. In addition to all maintenance requested by tenants, she helped us to successfully complete several large tasks like oven replacement, bathroom refurbishment, garage ceiling replacement and roof repointing, offering better living environment for tenants. When tenants decided to leave, she guided them for exit actions, teamed up with Jordan Lunan for advertisement and application assessment, and secured a new lease very soon. We cannot thank enough for their friendly and professional support/ service for renting our 2nd property in Daisy Hill. We were under enormous pressure to empty the residential property within 2 weeks because of BOQ's lazy service (lost 1 week). David K, Sumayya B, Fionna C for prompt responses and actions to complete all To-Do-List by the deadline. 1) Good communication and clear guidelines for preparation i.e. paperwork, keys, certificates etc. 2) Always supportive and friendly throughout the process. 3) Quickly arranged yard mowing.
