Amanda Kelly has a good insight of the market , gave useful inputs on the furnitures and white goods, and is very professional to deal with. She did a great job in vetting the rental applications - that I really appreciate. Her rental numbers were spot on, I was bit pessimistic about an unfurnished 1 bed apartment delivering value, but everything was smooth and the apartment was leased within couple of weeks.

They saved us a lot of heartache, took over our situation with a unfavorable tenant and turned it into success story. We are and will forever be grateful for the knowledge, guidance, support and professionalism we were given through out our awful experience, the communication is excellent, you will always have someone at the other end of the phone willing to listen, guide and advise, staff are very experienced and truly care.

I have loved working with the Jas Stephens team and Nathan and Sally were completely on the job with support from the get go. Really enjoyed working with them both on my rental. Barely on the market before it went off! Great work team!
