Overview of West Melbourne, VIC, 3003

I’ve had a very positive experience with my property manager Serena. She is professional, responsive, and always helpful. When I had an issue with the hot water, she acted quickly to follow it up and helped get the matter sorted out. She is also very quick to respond to my emails, which makes communication easy and stress-free. I really appreciate her professionalism and prompt support. Highly recommended!

Mikaele has been my agent for the last 5 years and thanks to her unsurpassable dedication and professionalism, she is now the agent of all our family rental properties (4 in total). She is super responsive, agile with solutions, fair and has deep knowledge of the legislation. Her portfolio of excellent repair services and her handover expertise are absolutely incredible. She actually knows your property well and ensures that it is looked after. She thinks on her feet when there is a tricky situation and presents you with a solution that comes only from the best professionals. Nobody has been as good at what she does, so the least I can do for her is to be responsive and to look after her.

Adam provided an excellent experience throughout the leasing process. He was responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to arrange a private inspection for us at short notice. Communication was clear and timely, and he kept us informed every step of the way. What really stood out was how efficiently our application was handled. Adam processed everything within a week, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. The property was presented in excellent condition, reflecting a high standard of care and professionalism. We are very pleased with our experience so far and are looking forward to working with Adam and the Gallidon Real Estate team as new tenants. Highly recommended.

I had a really smooth and easy experience from start to finish. The agent was quick to respond, easy to talk to, and kept me updated throughout the process. They had good knowledge of the market and were honest about the property, which helped me feel confident. They were also flexible with inspections and took the time to answer my questions. The move-in process was well organised and straightforward. Overall, it was a stress-free experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience finding a home through redefine real estate.

they respond really quickly

Even though it was very near Christmas and new year festive season, the Harcourts team was very prompt with their timely, constant communications. The staffs were able to provide me with helpful feedbacks and share their vast experience including the legalities. I can only be happy to recommend Harcourts in sharing my experience to anybody out there who need help especially in Melbourne property real estate area.

I have loved working with the Jas Stephens team and Nathan and Sally were completely on the job with support from the get go. Really enjoyed working with them both on my rental. Barely on the market before it went off! Great work team!

I can't recommend Harcourts Melbourne City highly enough for the management of my rental properties. Their attention to detail when filling out their inspection report is amazing and very comprehensive. Their staff, in particular Mikaele and Serena, are very polite, helpful and professional, and always communicate with us at all times either for leasing or repairs to be done to our apartment.
