Karen Mckenzie was our Property Manager she conducted herself with great communication & professionalism with any problems we had at the property she got right on to it. We would have to say she was the best Property Manager we have ever had in our many years of rentals. We would like to say she has become a good friend as well. Karen showed a lot of empathy too with our situation of us having to break our lease for that property. Karen also had the other Property Managers of Elders looking for a 2x1 unit which we appreciated so much. My experience with Professionals Stirling Clark has been wonderful. I'm on the tenant side of thing's and found the whole process of acquiring the property (thanks Charlotte) to rental inspections (thanks Alyssa) to be very friendly and straight forward. They have always been a phone call away if needed and answer with happy friendliness.. .even to my stupid questions : ) Keep up the great work guys!

Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.
