They got the property ad sorted well in advance. They attended all the Pre-Condition Inspections, stayed on top of the builder/supervisor, and kept me in the loop the whole way. Never once did I have to chase them up for an update. Always easy to get hold of, quick to respond, and completely upfront about everything going on. Overall, a really smooth experience. Excellent communication and took a very proactive approach to ensure we had tenants within 1 week of property being handed over to us. Allowed us to be very hands off which is just what we wanted! Would recommend to anyone.
