Early days yet with Ray White, however our PM Tayla was exceptional in handling a messy transfer of property management services from our old PM group to Ray White. This occurred during a tenancy vacation as well, and the professionalism and dedication to onboard, show and lease the property is a rarity in the business, and something we've come to expect from Tayla, whom we've done business with in the past, over the years. We would have no issue in recommending their services.

It's been a wonderful experiences with Bal Real Estate . Starting from the initial discussion with Rita ( Sehgal ) to Manpreet ( Kaur ), a complete professional touch . So happy to associate my rental property at 8 Urban drive Williams Landing VIC 3027 with Bal Real Estate. There was so much clarity in their dealings especially the hiring of pro cameraman to present the property well , the short time taken to High yield etc etc.

We have been with the same agent since 2007. Initially it was called Sprint Property and now it has been merged with DK Property Partners. We have never had any issues with our agent. Since the property we own is not in the city that we live in, we rely on them to do property inspections, organise small and medium fixes, choose tenants and maintain relationship between us and tenants. We are fortunate that we have such great agents. No trust issues, they have always provided us with an honest advice. I just hope that our relationship continues for many more years with the same level of professionalism accompanied with a personal touch. Thank you guys
