Overview of Cammeray, NSW, 2062

I decided to go with Hockeys real estate agent because I wanted to work with a real estate agent that owned their own business. I was looking to work with a smaller team, who would look after my apartment and the tenants well rather than the bigger real estate agents, which has a few staff turnover. The rental campaign went very well and Hockeys found a tenant within 1 day on the market but my apartment is well located and in good condition. I would deal directly with Karl and Mitch for the big decisions and supporting them are Marcela and Jane, who are thorough at their jobs. The set up went smoothly and if I required any further explanations they were happy to respond within 48-72 hrs. Hockeys use PropertyMe and I have visibility of the calendar which allowed me to see what event was happening on the calendar regarding my apartment, which means that I knew what was going on and I didn't have to ask as many questions. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience I've had so far with Hockeys and I hope I continue to have a good experience with them over the coming years. I was viewing an apartment in Cammeray and didnt realise there was another one in the block also open for viewing at the same time. Kate was there and she kindly showed me and my friend round even though the viewing time was over. She was lovely, friendly, relateable, and has been really supportive throughout the whole process. Super impressed and such a nice welcome from the experiences I have had in the past few months.

Initial experience was disappointing when Matt Hanlon was on leave and open house was managed by Angelo Huynh. Angelo was not across detail, did not respond and overall poorly manage the open house. Improved significantly once Matt was back. Matt however is difficult to get hold of, and does not call back when requested. That being said when there was an issue that required prompt attention Matt did sort out quickly
