Our property manager is Emerence Jonker. She managed our property with a different agency many years ago, and we hunted her down after becoming disgruntled with said previous agency. Emerance's property management knowledge is second-to-none, as is her awareness of the rental market in the Ipswich area. She attends to any property issues without delay and with the minimum amount of disruption to our tennants. We trust her implicitly with our property. She is supported by a strong team at Crowne Real Estate.

They took over management of my property from another agency during a vacant period and immediately turned things around, sourcing a fantastic tenant quickly and completely hassle-free. Over the years, their service has been consistently excellent. They have been incredibly proactive with managing compliance requirements and have always excelled at finding high-quality tenants whenever a lease came to an end. The only reason I am leaving the agency is because I have sold the property. I am immensely grateful for their dedication, professionalism, and peace of mind over the years, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Landlord of 8 Dennis St, Amberley
We are based on Gold Coast and as this was a new property we could not travel regularly to the property to oversee the landscaping requirements. Luckily Venita was able to take care of this even going as far as settling up sprinklers etc to water the new lawns and gardens. They listened to our requirements and achieved the maximum rent possible when other agencies were not that optimistic for that area. They also found good tenants. Tabitha is an honest, efficient and compassionate Property Consultant, any team would be lucky to have her. I cannot thank her enough for her support in our endeavour to secure a property. Lisa and Cassie are also a delightful members of the team. Lisa is really honest in the feedback she gives and one can tell that she is an advocate for both the tenants and the owners (as she should be). Cassie is our Property Manager and from the moment she took on the role nothing has been a problem for her. Every question is answered promptly and every request is attended to in a very timely manner. Overall I am very happy with the experiences I've had with this real estate agency so far. I would not hesitate to recommend them. However is responsible for putting this team together should be very proud.
