Great Raven and SPACE. Thanks for your good work in securing new tenants quickly and very efficiently. On another note I am disturbed though by the costs having to be borne by the landlord when a tenant breaks a lease as per the RTA. This should be revisited by the RTA soon or rents will increase even more to bear these costs along with interest rate rises and the governments potential new tax laws.

Lynette is a super friendly agent that knows how to get things done. We had our photos booked in, listing up, and our property leased within a few weeks. I would definitely recommend working with her.

Such a smooth process! The property manager called to confirm our approval within 24 hours of inspecting the property. So far our experience with Raven has been lovely ♡
