Agencies in Woody Point, QLD, 4019

Chloe and kylie have been amazing from the very beginning. Kylie was very accommodating during the property walk through and application process. Chloe has been fast and efficient with communication regarding our move in.

Chloe(Leasing Officer) was absolutely wonderful. I had several questions and Chloe answered them all. Chloe help me to understand and explained the "Ailo"rent paying system & she said if I need anymore help to please contact her. Chloe & Kylie professionalism, knowledge & patience was very refreshing. Great customer service and I would highly recommend "Ray White Narangba" to family and friends.

Sonya is good in her job. She's showing good communication towards landlord through emails, etc... Repair man had been guided pre post photos job well done - shared to landlord.

Thank you to everyone at Position Property for all their work in keeping place running smoothly.

While I don't expect the agents to revolve their world around me, I can't say it's been a 10/10 experience. Pros: - Communication in person is clear, polite & respectful. - Professional presentation overall Cons: - Once my property was listed, I felt a bit of pressure to settle for the first person to view the apartment. There was plenty of interest in the first week & I wanted to wait. I am new to being a landlord but not new to real estate as I was an agent myself in the past. I felt like I was hurried whether it was the agents' intention or not. - I have to send multiple messages (reminders) or chase another agent to get an answer to simple questions.

Alex has given the Opalyn Group excellent service and genuinly cares about her customers

I lease my property through Position One Property. Tara is easy to work with - a great communicator and is always able to bring issues to attention in a timely manner. The property hasn't been empty as Tara is always ready to show or have options for lease lined up. Would recommend.
