Mel showed me that she was a solid professional, clarifying my application because of my circumstances. When I viewed this unit, I could envisage myself living there and making it my home. Mel is such a busy person, but a call or clarification was never a problem. I would say she is one of the best, outstanding. The office staff were great when I paid bond and two weeks rent.
