Fantastic service and approach

Have you ever contacted your property manager only to find that week's then months go by with no response and you wonder have they been abducted by aliens. In the meantime, the hole in the roof is getting bigger, mould has taken over and a family of rats has ensconced themselves on your couch and taken control of your remote. Well, this has not been my experience. From inspection to application, it has been a seamless process with Highland Double Bay due to Oscar and Liz. They are present and here for you, excellent communication, prompt responses to help with any issues or concerns. The team at Highland go above and beyond to ensure your tenancy is a positive and enjoyable one. You feel valued and respected as a tenant. No more gazing up at the night sky going "where are you, please come back." From my experience as a tenant, I highly recommend Highland Double Bay.

I recently moved house with Bradfield Cleary and I could not speak highly enough of Bayley and lately Helen. Bayley has been extremely proactive throughout the entire process and the entire move from start to finish has been easy with their help. Would recommend this agency for anyone looking

We used BradfieldCleary - Double Bay to lease our property when the prior tenants' lease ended. It was organised by Robyn and James. In short, they exceeded all our expectations. They dealt with our prior tenants in a professional and accommodating manner. They found an excellent-fit new tenant after just one open-house, and managed to lease the property at a higher rate than we had expected. They organised the rental agreement and all associated documentation in a timely and professional manner. Both Robyn and James were: - highly experienced and professional; - highly responsive and accommodating; - wonderful, friendly people. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to lease a property, and would have no hesitation in using them in the future.

Thank you Robyn and James for a fantastic leasing experience. They were quick, efficient, professional and friendly, everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend my property manager highly enough. From day one, they have been professional, reliable, and genuinely invested in looking after my property as if it were their own. Communication has been exceptional—clear, timely, and proactive. Whether it was providing regular updates, responding quickly to queries, or explaining options and outcomes in a straightforward way, I always felt informed and confident that everything was under control. Maintenance issues were handled efficiently and with great care. My property manager coordinated quality trades, ensured work was completed promptly, and followed up to confirm everything met a high standard. Their attention to detail and commitment to protecting the value of my property truly sets them apart. What impressed me most was their professionalism and integrity. They consistently acted in my best interest, showed strong market knowledge, and made the entire process stress‑free. It’s rare to find someone so dependable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to any landlord looking for a property manager they can completely trust.

Nicole and the team at Adrian William are fantastic to work with. Communication, recommendations and professionalism are of the highest standard and Nicole has been consistently proactive in her management of my property.

2nd time working with Norman. He has always been very responsive and communicative. He is also realistic and transparent, unlike those that constantly pumping up their own tyres.
