Have you ever contacted your property manager only to find that week's then months go by with no response and you wonder have they been abducted by aliens. From the get go the staff at Ray White Touma Taylor have been fantastic. We dealt with Sam and he was on the ball and always kept us in the loop. From forms to fill in or just any questions big or small we felt well looked after. Our property manager Will has been fantastic, anything we needed help fixing or looking at the appointments were made asap. Although my rental is not in the usual area Century 21 Sutherland Shire may work, the staff but particularly Julia are proactive and research current data for the area so that I can make informed decisions. They keep in contact with me, providing details re current tenants, number and quality of new tenancy applications, asking for my input, following up on any action or information requests I may have and looking after requirements during each tenancy. I've been with Century 21 Sutherland Shire for quite a few years now and I've found them to be professional and knowledgeable when dealing with myself, tenants, strata, trades and committee members.
