Great communication and organisation

Been a landlord with 2 properties with Amy for quite a while now. Amy genuinely looks after the tenant and landlord as has all of our interests covered. Look forward to being a client for a long time to come.

The property manager was friendly and approachable. The team members in the office were friendly and patient and reminded me to sign documents on time. All staff took the time to explain things to me. The rental unit was clean when we moved in. They were considerate and made the keys available, so I didn't have to travel to their office.

Exceeded my expectations regarding the leasing process, but taking 110 percent of my first weeks rent after charging me a fee for almost everything they did, I thought was a bit rich, considering the person renting was that keen he paid $50.00 dollars over the asking price, so there was no real marketing required but i still paid that fee that along with others.
