Unfortunately, I had problem tenants recently, but Rachel Chanoff my managing agent has done an excellent job of dealing with them, as well as securing new tenants which at this stage seem great. Landlord of 8 Dennis St, Amberley
We are based on Gold Coast and as this was a new property we could not travel regularly to the property to oversee the landscaping requirements. Luckily Venita was able to take care of this even going as far as settling up sprinklers etc to water the new lawns and gardens. They listened to our requirements and achieved the maximum rent possible when other agencies were not that optimistic for that area. They also found good tenants.
