I was shocked by how quickly she answered my many questions and organised everything so that the moving process was as seamless and straightforward as possible. Everything was made clear to me and by the time I was handed the keys I had zero questions. The easiest and smoothest interaction I’ve had with a property management service provider ever.

Mel is very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and phone calls, txt messages and emails were responded to quickly. I lovely surprise was the little gift pack when receiving my keys.
