Wow! Jade is amazing, he really goes above and beyond. We tell everyone that is thinking about selling to sell with Jade. You won’t regret it!

Tania was a very pleasant sales person to work with. She was always well presented, punctual and listened to our ideas. Nothing was too much trouble for Tania. Highly recommended.

Throughout the entire buying process, I found Jade to be extremely professional, knowledgeable about the property and overall a great agent to deal with. After speaking with lots of other agents recently, it was great to meet with someone who was down to earth, easy to talk to and who didn’t try applying sales pressure. I would happily do business with Jade and Tania again in the future.

Simon, Ben and the Team at Bayside Remax did an amazing job selling our houses in Capalaba. Ben was a fantastic agent to work with during the sale of our properties. His market knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. He was easy to speak to and communicate with. He took the time to understood us and was respectful from start to finish. Ben went above and beyond to sell our houses, and he achieved the best possible sale price for our properties. Fantastic work by a real gentleman. No lies, no nonsense and no unattainable promises. We had a real journey with Ben and have been most happy with his results.

Ben's unwavering hard work and determination to bring our property to market in the best possible way and make sure we got the best possible price made the process of selling swift, smooth and as stress free as possible. Ben's honesty and reliability made it feel like we were in very capable professional hands whilst simultaneously working with an old friend, despite only meeting through the process of selling our house. Such a breath of fresh air! Ben went above and beyond more than once throughout the whole process, showing genuine care and commitment. We will 100% be using Ben in the future, whether buying or selling and if we could give him 6 stars we would!

Choosing Ben, introduced by his erstwhile sidekick Pasha, was a great decision. He delivered on all he promised, and we were happy with the produced outcome. The lads were very patient with me over a long 'get ready to market' exercise, for which I was very grateful being in poor health through the long winded process. I highly recommend this team to look after you.
