He was always willing to arrange another inspection and to be present for the building and pest inspection. He helped arrange a time with the previous owners so that they could explain all the intricacies of the property to me eg the bore and irrigation lines. On the day of settlement I was able to pick up the keys from your office and both David Canning and David Bishop were there to see me and present me with a lovely gift basket.
