Kingston blew the competitors for our sale out of the park but not the usual way. He was quietly confident of a great result for our family home’s sake but not showy or pushy in any way. When we first met (8 hours after an initial phone call!) he produced a detailed document on our potential sale - what we might expect and what others in the neighbourhood had arranged. However he ALSO produced a full report on the home we were considering buying and information on the suburb we hoped to purchase in. He so spoke positively about our family home and referred us to professionals to do small tasks to get the house ready to sell. His recommendation on photography and skill as a drone pilot were evident in our stunning images and video.
