Steph was very professional and a good communicator, which made what is a challenging process more comfortable to deal with. She had good trades people to help with touch ups at the property before sale which was very helpful as we were from out of town selling our fathers property. I think she had sound market knowledge but like many areas was taken by surprise by the effects of the global uncertainty would have on the real estate market. This made it difficult to gauge an accurate sales figure. All dealings with Steph and Purcell were efficient and professional. I would definitely use them again.

I first met George when he came to give a no-obligation market appraisal (5 or more years ago!) he has intermittently kept in touch because my plan was always going to be to sell.
