Welcome to 2026 post Labor budget, where they have done the deed and cooled the market , as I've decided to sell my property I fortunately ended up choosing Town residential and have been dealing with Kostya, as the market is really slow, however Kostya still managed to get a reasonable offer from only 2 open homes ! even though their was hardly any people coming through! All buyers have anxieties about whether they've made the right decision, not to mention the inevitable hiccups they experience along the way. Being interstate and having mobility and other health issues meant that I wasn't able to view the Turner apartment which I have bought.
