Agencies in Canberra - Queanbeyan

She speaks Korean,Chinese,English. No problem language Also she has incredible knowledge. And beautiful!!!!!!!!!!

From the very beginning, Joy demonstrated exceptional professionalism. She took the time to fully understand my circumstances, carefully analysed the current market, and successfully connected me with the right buyer. Throughout the entire process, I always felt that my interests were being protected, and every decision was guided by her strong market knowledge, experience, and genuine commitment. What impressed me most was that Joy never focused solely on representing the seller. She worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for both parties, ensuring that the buyer also felt confident, informed, and fairly treated. Building that level of trust with everyone involved is not something every agent can achieve, and it speaks volumes about her integrity. What truly sets Joy and her team apart is that they are not simply driven by sales or profit. They genuinely care about their clients, take the time to understand each person's unique circumstances, and provide a service that is tailored to their individual needs. Every interaction felt personal, honest, and focused on achieving the right outcome rather than simply completing another transaction. In today's market, it is easy to find large agencies with well-known names. However, it is much harder to find professionals who genuinely understand the people behind each transaction. Rather than treating a sale as just another business deal, Joy approaches every situation with empathy, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping her clients achieve the best possible outcome. This is exactly the kind of ethical and community-minded real estate service that our community truly needs. Joy and her team are the kind of professionals who make a genuine difference, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted partner in their property journey. I would like to sincerely thank Joy and her team for all their hard work, dedication, and commitment in making this successful outcome possible.

Demonstrated strong market knowledge

I had a wonderful experience working with Bibek and Pramod to purchase my home. They were professional and transparent about helping me with the property. Their communication was excellent throughout the process. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, buying the house was a positive and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend SBA Property group to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate agent.

He is a friendly and very professional . Provide advice as per our limit.

We couldn't recommend Bibek highly enough. As first home buyers navigating a competitive Canberra market, we leaned on Bibek's guidance every step of the way, and it made all the difference. Bibek took the time to understand exactly what we were after, gave us a clear-eyed read on what each property was actually worth, and steered us through a tough negotiation to secure our home in Theodore ahead of a competing offer — without us overpaying. Communication was prompt and straightforward throughout, the advice was always practical, and we never felt pressured. Buying a first home is stressful enough, and having someone genuinely in our corner made the whole process far smoother than we expected. Thank you, Bibek!

Selling in tough market situation need a lot of patience. There were many open home days no byer showed up. There were many prospective buyers who offered absolutely unreasonable price. There were many open hope days they had to attend property twice- because two buyer requested to attend two different time on same day. Kammy and Gourav handled all these hurdles and have gone above and beyond their responsibilities by coordinating with many Tradies to improve the property outlook, as I was in remote location. They never said handling toadies is not our duty. The time they spent and the negotiation patience they have shown to increase the sale price to an acceptable level, I don't think I will get from any other agent. Their Fee was also very reasonable and they were flexible to give me some discount. I wish all the best for Hawk real estate.

Kammy was fantastic to deal with: great communicator, always responsive, and genuinely worked to sort out any issues along the way. Highly recommend.

They are good at communication, they know the market and they know how to do a good market.

Aaron and his team were exceptionally professional, very prompt and kept us updated every step of the way with regards to the process and what we should be doing to help us get the best outcome for our property.
