Communication was excellent - frequent, punctual and explanatory. I really began to understand the process clearly. Nick fully explained the state of the market and how long the sale could take. He also advised me about the range of price for negotiation. I had never sold a property before so I was quite unused to the process. Nick was so patient in answering my questions. Paper work can be rather tedious and with unfamiliar legal terms. Nick was always there to help. My sister, who owned the unit, is in Aged Care and unable to attend to the selling process, so Nick was most obliging in coming to my house to bring papers for me and her to sign. I found the marketing of the property so professional and so quick. The photography was superb and the advertising really outstanding. All was done with a minimum of fuss. The team were just great. It was after the first Open House that we received an offer for the unit. When it came to negotiating a price, Nick was so helpful and offered advice but in no way forced his views on us. The final outcome was our decision. We were more than happy with the price paid. I'd like, too, to thank Carol Ann Nyman for her assistance in the sale of this apartment.
