I’ve never held the keys myself, they assisted right from completion of the build which was a turn key package from final building inspections to securing a tenant right away. The invoicing system is very helpful and summarises everything you need at tax time in one document ready to be sent to the accountancy. I was regularly updated on maintenance and inspections. Generally when a maintenance issue was raised they already had a few quotes to solve the issue. Inspections always came with an offer to attend and included detailed pictures and notes on the status of the property. As a property owner living a few hours away from the home this made making decisions so much easier with the property being completely managed. They always responded quickly to any requests I had and when the time came to put the property on the market, actioned this very quickly and secured a sale before we even had a chance to advertise.
