Extremely happy with Kody's efforts. I work fifo and Kody helped alot with organising trades persons to come in and get my house ready for sale. Kody even help with the clean up of the house. In the end all I needed to do was say yes to a offer and move out.

We have been looking to buy in the area for some time. Eventually we found two similar properties with a similar price tag. We were just about to place an offer for the other property when Jack called to tip to scales. Yes there were some negotiations but it was actually the respectful way he treated us on a home open a year ago that clinched the deal. Going above client expectations is another of his strengths.
