Jacinta and Toby from The Agency, Kirra were great to deal with when we were purchased our property. They were relaxed, friendly and genuine (unlike a few agents we met recently) They communicated well, keeping us in the loop as needed. We were living in a caravan whilst searching for a property and had to take our dog just about everywhere with us. This was not a problem for them, in fact they welcomed our dog as much as they welcomed us which we appreciated greatly as she is part of our family. I actually dealt with Mandy from RBR who works with Col. She was always pleasant and helpful. Mandy let me know exactly what was happening as we moved along. She kept me up to date with how the property was being viewed even when we hit a snag that virtually put the sale on hold for a while. Always had a positive attitude. Very easy to work with.
