There are honestly not enough characters in this review to speak highly enough of Alec and our experience of selling our house with him and his team at Woodards Manningham. My husband met Alec years before we sold our house and Alec was the only choice for him. I wasn’t so sure, I hadn’t met him yet. From the moment I did, Alec’s passion and expertise was clear to see. Suggestions only from him, never directives, never pushed into what he thought we should do, he listened to us and was guided by us, not the other way around- although that being said you can trust Alec to guide you. On auction day, and within the negotiation immediately after, is when Alec really shone and we could see there was never any doubt that we made the right choice choosing Alec.
