Inecialy, we went with Ray White and this agent took 6 months to find a potential buyer for our property. We only heard excuses from this agent and they were supposed to be the best in WA. What a waist of our valuable time and money. Then we came across Manuel Sammut. They were not the best in big talks like the previous so called the best agent only in big talks. Manuel Sammut only had one thing to say to us, " we will find your buyer in 45 days and it can be done, let us make this happen for you and will get what you want " This was more than what we wanted to hear.
