I, Sharon Clements, formerly Sharon Turner, have been in real estate as an agent since 2000, before which I was a successful business owner in the tourism and commercial cleaning sectors.
The PM Ninja name was bestowed upon me by industry peers who recognised my embrace of technological and legislative change, and my exceptional generosity in supporting everyone I could, always making time to help my peers.
In 1999, I started About Time Real Estate, making my dream of owning my own Agency come true with the sole aim to prove to the world that I could do real estate differently, with empathy, and most importantly, with unshakeable ethics.
Then my entire world shifted in December of 2022. I met Carl, whom I was smart enough to marry in April 2024. I become the "we"-Sharon and Carl.
Carl Clements joined the agency in May 2024, after obtaining his unrestricted registration, part-time time at first, and now full-time time since November 2025, not just as Sharon's husband but as an exceptionally experienced commercial Project Manager, enterprise IT engineer and cybersecurity expert, bringing his real-world experience onboard, alongside a shared strong sense of ethics.
Not many couples work together well, but you only have to see Sharon and Carl together to know that the universe aligned to pair them.
We do not use our Landlords/Vendors to pay to market our agency; we rely almost solely on word-of-mouth referrals from owners, tenants, trades, sellers, buyers, and other industry peers to promote our services, as they truly value our difference and individual approach.
We do not, and never will, outsource our services; everything is done end-to-end in-house.
We have a unique approach to ensuring we are accessible to all clients when they need us.
