We meet with Hercules and his team after another Real Estate said our tenants were to hard to deal with when selling our property, and cancelled our contract with them. Hercules went out to the property and meet with them and from then everything went smoothly, the communication was great at every step of the way, we were given plenty of notice when prospective buyers were coming to view the property even though we gave him keys and free rein to come and go as he pleased. The photos and video done of the property were so much better then what we had envisioned, and made us want to keep the property they were that good. Hercules team gave us regular updates, helped explained the paperwork and any other questions we had. Our house was sold much quicker than what we had expected, and could not have had a better selling experience. Hercules asked us what we wanted through every stage and didn't try to talk us out of any decisions we made, asked what we wanted for our house first before giving us his expert knowledge on market values and he negotiated very well on our behalf. We can not recommend LJ Hooker Tully highly enough, and would definitely list any other properties with him.

She is clearly a very experienced realter and was willing to go the extra mile to help me make my decision. I was purchasing the property from interstate, so Tania organised some detailed video of the property which was very helpful.
