Unless you are a property investor or developer, buying and / or selling property is not something you do every day, so you need a real estate agent who is there to help you every step of the way. Stefan Cook and his team at Fletchers were there from first contact until the contract of sale was signed. Providing helpful advice and assistance in the lead-up to the start of the campaign, Stefan also gave valuable feedback after every open home to help give us an informed idea of how things were tracking towards auction day. On auction day itself, Stefan went through expectations and did everything possible to get the sale price we were after. We also got a bottle of bubbly after the contract was signed, so really, that just made it even better! We can't recommend Stefan and the team at Fletchers enough.

Nathan has a thorough knowledge of the South Yarra area, clientele and purchaser expectations. This sale was planned at the height of the market with an auction date of March 21. Until a week prior, things were booming and we were set to reach the top price we were hoping for. COVID-19 changed everything literally overnight. The fact that Nathan managed to pull a pre-auction sale off in these extreme conditions and steer both the vendors and purchaser through the entire process as smoothly and as calmly as he did, is testament to his skills and to his style of operating. Whilst the final price was short of what we wanted, in the circumstance it was a marvellous outcome and a real achievement to reach settlement! Our luck held, mostly because Nathan held fast and kept things moving in a respectful, steady way. Many thanks Nathan.
