Efficient, great results & awesome advice. Sandra inspected, managed & sold beyond our expectations!

Sandra and her team have been awesome. We are based in NSW and Sandra managed the final inspection for an apartment I bought off the plan that settled during covid. She was amazing at dealing with the developer, had great connections that helped with the legal side of things and kept me up to date with progress. Over the next 4-5 years Sandra and her team managed the unit getting me great rent and consistently good tenants who looked after the property. When it came time for sale she achieved a result in the first week that was well beyond our expectations and managed a quick and easy settlement. Couldn't recommend her team enough.

We recently purchased a property offered for sale by Sothebys Cleveland. Sotheby's agent, Michelle West was highly professional and very knowledgeable. Michelle promptly arranged an inspection for us without delay. We found Michelle and the team approachable and readily accommodating with our enquiries and requests for further inspections. Nothing was too much trouble for the Sotheby's Cleveland team including delivering our keys to us after settlement, something we really appreciated on a wet and busy day for us.
