Xander is genuine and down to earth in a way that I was honestly a little skeptical and off put by at first as I thought it might be an act. I can confirm though, it is no act - Xander was incredible and could not be happier with him as our agent. Despite being off market, Xander was able to quickly find a number of engaged buyers and we ended up selling for more than we expected, quicker than expected and with minimal conditions thanks to the hustle and energy from Xander and his team. Would absolutely reccomend him to anyone, he's a great person with great energy and a great agent.
