However, Amie put me at ease from our very first meeting, and kept me well updated throughout. She is an extremely hard worker and exceptional communicator and reader of people, which is one of the reasons I chose to go with her/O'Brien. Amie was always readily available to answer questions or discuss concerns - on the rare occasion she didn't answer my call on first ring, she called back within 5 minutes.
