Toby also put himself out and help with minor things, specially that I was a woman and certain things were hard for me to do. Minor thing was the gardening hose, he brought a spanner and fixed it for me. I do not think other agents would go through this trouble, they will say to me, get a handyman and let him tighten it for you.
