I interviewed five agents before deciding to put my sale in Frank's hands. I was impressed by his manner, in particular, that he took the time to enquire into my situation and reasons for the sale. Frank then suggested a marketing plan, that addressed my needs. Along the way Frank used his network to prepare some relevant quotes which supported the sale by giving potential owners indicative quotes for potential renovations/ upgrades. Frank also suggested Staging by Flynn to dress the house. The staging showed the home to its best. I was impressed with Frank's commitment to keeping me advised on the interest shown in my property at open house sessions. At the auction, Frank's performance in difficult circumstances was expemplary and the outcome was testiment to his skills. I was very pleased and would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent/auctioneer.
