We adjusted the approach along the way, opting to cancel a planned auction to negotiate directly with the most interested buyer. Again, we needed the reassurance of someone who knew the market and the process to feel comfortable it was the right approach. Ultimately we sold for what we believe is the best the market would offer and we sold more quickly than other houses in our suburb have done recently.
