Chay realized the importance of locating prospective buyers from the leads generated by Raine & Horne through their brand network and her other contacts. Her ideas were excellent in the way our home was presented on the various internet sites and she was always on site well in advance of the inspections she had generated. After every inspection she reported to us in a timely manner and followed up prospects as the need required.
